Hello! I'm Jess, urban musher, dog sled racer, and now apparently blogger. First, I want to thank you for dropping by the site. I hope you get a sense of who we are and what we do. I will try and keep the blog active, so please stop by often and see what's up. I will also try and recap some of the fun we had over the past mushing season. I'm looking froward to sharing my corner of the mushing world. What I know to be true - you don't have to own a big kennel, have lots of dogs, or live in the wilderness to participate in dog sledding sports. You must love dogs, hard work, and adventure - whether it be jogging with your dog down the bike path or getting towed on cross country skies at 20 mph across a snow covered golf course. There's just nothing like the sport of mushing. Happy Trails! |
